Exchange Policy
On regular priced shirts, we do offer exchanges so long as they are made within 30 days of your order. If the item you want to exchange for is 'out of stock', kindly email us. We do not accept returns. Please be sure to read our item descriptions for sizing recommendations and / or email us with any questions so we can help!
You can exchange your unworn, unwashed shirt. Here’s how:
-Place a new order for the item you would like to exchange for (please make a note of your new order number).
-Send back your original item with a note that includes BOTH your original order number as well as your new order number.
-When your item is received back we will process a refund to the same payment method originally used to place the order. Please consider wrapping your shirt in tissue paper or a bag so that it is not damaged upon opening. We will not process a refund on any item received that has been worn, washed, or damaged. We are also unable to process a refund on an item where an alternative order (exchange) has not been placed.
To expedite your exchange please make sure all steps noted above are complete.
-Alternatively, unable to decide on a replacement at this time? Is an item currently out of stock? Waiting for new releases to drop? We've got you covered. We can generate a special store credit coupon code for the value of the item(s) that you can use for any future purchase including an online gift card. Simply indicate your preference on your return.
Refunds
All items & sale items are considered final sale. However we understand that mistakes can occur during the production process and your item doesn't turn out quite the way you (or we) had hoped it would. In such cases we will be happy to offer a refund of the damaged item. To receive a full refund please send the item back to us, once we receive and can confirm that the damage is as stated we will refund the original payment method used to make the purchase. Please email us at info@thetoastyfrog.com with your purchase order # and any additional details about your item (pics of the damage always helpful) when requesting your refund.
Changes to orders
Because we often ship items faster than we get a chance to sift through emails, we do not allow for changes to orders that have already been placed. Of course we'll try our best but we cannot make any guarantees. Please double check your order before completing it.
A few notes about shipping
Once our orders are picked up for delivery, we have little control (aside from tracking the package) over the route or time it takes a package to be delivered. While nearly all items arrive quickly and without issue, occasionally shipping companies drop the ball and sends your package on a trip of it's own. We get as frustrated by this as you do.
We cannot accept responsibility for packages that appear, through tracking, to have been delivered but are presumably stolen from mailboxes or doorsteps.
Please make sure the address you provide us with is correct. We cannot replace merchandise that was shipped to the wrong address if the address provided to us is no longer your address.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING: You can expect your orders to typically ship within 2 to 3 days (excluding weekends and holidays). Please note that on some occasions there are issues with orders that prevent us from staying within this time frame. Domestic orders typically arrive within 2-3 days once shipped. Please note that if you select 'priority' shipping at checkout that this relates to the shipping time and not the processing time. During busy times of the year (Holidays, Mother's Day, etc), our processing time may be longer.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We currently do not offer international shipping, but it is something that's on our to do list so please check back for updates if you're living outside the US>
What if my package is lost or stolen?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please note that refunds are not issued on lost packages. Always contact us directly with any issue.
Sizing details & Care instructions
While we do accept exchanges, we urge each customer to read the sizing guides provided with each product and also follow the care instructions given for said product. Not every tee is the same. On listings that contain measurements, please note that width is measured from pit to pit and length is measured from top of shoulder to bottom.
My item arrived damaged?
Please know that we do our best to pull out any defects we’re able to catch but because it is a human system, we always miss a few. Please email us, info@thetoastyfrog.com if there is any issue with your order.

Gift wrapping and packaging
Due to the volume of orders we receive as well as the fact we prefer to ship same or next day, we do not offer gift wrap nor are we able to add a personalized note. Our apologies. Please make your recipient aware ahead of time that the gift is coming!
I'm local, can I pick up my order?
Unfortunately we currently do not have a storefront and are unable to allow for local pickup. Sorry.
The item I want is out-of-stock, when will it be available?
On each product listing you can sign up to be notified of when an item is restocked. You can also subscribe to our newsletter where we share new releases, restocks, and sales!
When will you be having a sale?
We do a very limited number of sales throughout the year. If you join our mailing list, you'll enjoy secret sales and the perks of being the first to know about new releases and all sorts of other good stuff.
